SUNDAY, JULY 8TH
MEET AT BARTLETT PARK BY THE LOG CABIN AT 12:30 PM
PARADE STARTS AT 1:00 PM
Every year Pack 26 gathers with the Bartlett Lions’ Club, Fire Department, local school cheerleading teams and a long list of other Bartlett organizations for their annual 4th of July Parade. This year we’ll be meeting at BARTLETT PARK BY THE LOG CABIN where we’ll organize coolers and wagons, and wait for our turn to join in with the other parade participants.
During the parade our scouts will be handing out the always-popular Jel Sert Freezer Pops to kids watching the parade. Help make Pack 26 Go by walking with us this year. We need adult supervisors to walk with us, watch the boys and help manage the Freezer Pops as well. The parade route is approximately 1.5 miles long, so wear comfortable shoes, and bring a water bottle!
Class A Uniforms are required for the boys. Please contact Joe Villalobos by Friday, July 6th if you’re planning to attend (need a head count). There will be a sign-in sheet for all participating boys and adults.
Parents will need to pick up their scouts at Apple Orchard Park after the parade.
PARADE ROUTE ENDS AT THE 4TH OF JULY FESTIVAL IN APPLE ORCHARD PARK
